1 雞尾酒
- 30 毫升軒尼詩V.S.O.P
- 10 毫升薑味糖漿
- 75 毫升紅菜頭汁混和玫瑰水
- 以果汁機榨取240毫升紅菜頭汁。
- 混和紅菜頭汁、冷水和玫瑰水。
- 以筲箕或細篩網過濾。
- 以調酒匙拌勻。
- 以經典烈酒杯裝冰塊。
- 將上述的材料倒入杯中。
- 以調酒匙輕輕拌勻。
- 如有需要，請再加冰塊。
- 最後以食用金箔點綴。
- 會心微笑細細品嚐。
