- 45 ml Hennessy V.S
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Pomegranate Grenadine
- 15 ml Raspberry puree
- 15 ml Pineapple juice
- 90 ml Moët & Chandon Impérial brut
- 1 Raspberry and Lemon twist
- Add all ingredients except champagne to the mixing tin with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a wine glass.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with lemon twist and a raspberry.
