A new take on the classic Mojito, the grape base adds a soft fruitiness to this classic.

  • 50 ml Hennessy Black
  • 80 ml Soda water
  • 20 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10 Mint leaves

  1. In a tumbler glass, muddle gently mint leaves.
  2. Add Hennessy Black, sugar syrup and lime juice.
  3. Pour crushed ice into tumbler.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Stir with bar spoon.
  6. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
