BLUEBERRY MOJITO COCKTAIL
Hennessy's twist on a classic, the Blueberry Mojito turns the mojito into a fizz. It allows you to experiment with different flavours and is as inventive as delicious.

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Top with Soda Water
- 1 Garnish with blueberries
- Shake all liquid except soda water in a shaker with 4 blueberries. Shake until blueberries are bruised.
- Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and blueberries.
