  • 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
  • 150 ml Hot Apple Cider
  • 30 ml Oloroso™ Sherry
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Cinnamon

  1. Combine the ingredients in a heatproof glass and stir gently.
  2. Grate fresh cinnamon over the top and leave the cinnamon stick in the warm liquid.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
