HENNESSY PINA COLADA COCKTAIL
Nothing says summer like a piña colada. Putting a Hennessy Very Special twist on it packs even more flavour punch. Exotic, silky and exclusively for gourmet palates.

- 60 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 15 ml Spiced Rum
- 90 ml Pineapple Juice
- 30 ml Coconut Cream
- 1 Dash of Cherry Brandy
- 1 Pineapple Wedge and Cherry
- Add all ingredients except cherry brandy to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Pour entire contents of the shaker into a Hurricane or Pint glass with crushed ice.
- Float a splash of cherry brandy on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
- Frozen Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender with a scoop of ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a Collins or Hurricane glass and float cherry brandy on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
