AMERICAN 75 COCKTAIL
An American take on the all-time classic French 75. The American 75 adds the sweet notes of cola and bright citrus to the classic bubbly cocktail, making it the perfect brunch go-to.

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S
- 25 ml Cola syrup**
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 2 Dash angostura bitters
- 1 Top with Chandon Brut (90ml)
- 1 Lime Twist
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice (except sparkling wine).
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a wine glass.
- Top up with Chandon.
- Garnish with a Lime twist.
