A master class designed for versatility, the Maison’s most exclusive private tour to date is always custom-tailored in function of the season and what is happening on-site at various Hennessy facilities.

Spend a half-day getting to the heart of how our emblematic cognacs are born and gain privileged access to some of the least-known corners of the Hennessy estate to immerse yourself in our terroir, vineyards, and grape varieties.

In spring and summer, stroll among the vines at the Domaine de la Bataille estate, meet some of the expert hands that tend the vines, and discover the Le Peu distillery. In fall and winter, see the distillery in action: watch our experts at work, admire the beautiful copper stills and become versed in the intricate process of how wine is transformed into eau-de-vie.

Then steep yourself in the Hennessy legacy at the cellar Hennessy calls "Paradis" , where our oldest and most precious cognacs embody the spirit of the generations that have gone before.

As a finale, guests are welcomed to a VIP salon: here, a guide comments on the Hennessy arts of selection, ageing, and blending, and leads a tasting ritual of five eaux-de-vie representing various stages in the ageing process. There follows an appreciation of three cognacs: Hennessy V.S, Hennessy X.O and Hennessy Paradis, accompanied by a selection of hors d’oeuvres prepared by the Chef at the Chateau de Bagnolet, the Hennessy family's historic home. An exceptional cognac experience.
