When music brings Paradis to life again

Paradis was blended in 1979 to reflect musical harmony, and still, today, it continues to do so.

A great music lover, Maurice Fillioux, sixth Master Blender, created Hennessy Paradis in 1979 as an ode to symphonic music and sensuality. 'I feel like a conductor,' Maurice once said.

He brought together a range of rare eaux-de-vie in harmony and grace. He compared the blend to a 'symphonic orchestra', as "classical music takes you away and connects with your emotion."

The number of instruments in an orchestra is not necessarily a measure of its success but rather the purity of sound it creates and the virtuosity of the conductor. The same is true for Hennessy Paradis, a union of exceptional eaux-de-vie selected for their individual qualities to work together to create a pure, symphonic cognac.

Decades later, music continues to bring Paradis to life. Now in the exquisite desert landscape of the American West, where Alicia Keys and Lang Lang experienced the joy of playing together while taking inspiration from their blissful natural surroundings. Both artists have composed and performed together an exclusive soundtrack for Hennessy Paradis.

"It's a very, very special song. And I was able to write it with some beautiful people, and I took this creation and put it all on piano and was able to really create what I feel is this idea of triumph," says Keys.

"And I love hearing the two of us, you know, making it our own, with our own style brought together; it's like the perfect way to bring it all together," she continues.

"Writing this song and creating it, I never imagined it would take me here. But it is perfect. It honestly is perfect. And this song is really special," Keys ends.

PARADIS IS ON EARTH.

HENNESSY PARADIS

Hennessy Paradis is defined by its graceful character and immediately delights with its rich copper colour. It is a perfectly balanced blend, both voluptuous and round, and combines smoothness and strength with a silky texture. Naturally, it has a flavourful and deep, persistent finish.
