- 40 ml Hennessy Hennessy Very Special
- 20 ml St Germain
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Top with Sprite™
- 3 Lemon wheels
- Add all liquids except Sprite to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top up with Sprite.
- Garnish with 3 lemon wheels.
