50 ml Hennessy Very Special
20 ml Sloe gin
20 ml Fresh meyer lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
4 Dashes Peychaud bitters
1 Lemon twist

Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
