This elevated twist on a Greyhound cocktail brings the sweetness of pineapple to play off the backboard of grapefruit tang and Hennessy cognac spice.

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S
- 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 60 ml Pineapple Juice
- 2 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 10 ml Lemon juice or Squeeze of one lemon wedge
- 1 Grapefruit wedge or Pineapple wedge
- Pour Hennessy V.S, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, Angostura bitters, Lemon Juice into a rocks glass with ice.
- Stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a Pineapple wedge
